Renee seems to be the only one that is rather informed, very passionate about her job, and will become a great vet in the future when her on hands experience grows.
Not impressed, at all. Not going into detail but will say that their limited service does not warrant their excessive fees.
I am only writing this review because out of the 6 people I asked about this vet. Not one of them had anything good to say.
What should have been something very simple. Has turned into a much more serious issue.
I've heard waverly and ackley are both good Vet Centers. FYI
I feel bad even putting this review up here. All I can say is this is not near the same quality anymore. The lady that answers the phone seems rude most of the time and there is a lack of knowledge in this office.
I have used this clinic for 9 years for several pets. They have been outstanding in caring for them even taking calls at night for advise. I don't know why some reviews are negative.
