These reviews are inaccurate. The present owner of Flowers on Fourth has only been there a few months.
They seem like nice people, however their website promises what they cannot deliver. Lots of FTD, Better Homes and Gardens, etc. bouquets and arrangements on the site. Promises of same day delivery. I placed an order on their site, choosing a colorful birthday bouquet. They called me back saying they had none of the flowers to make the bouquet. They were concentrating on Christmas (Dec. 13th) and had only red, white and green blooms to choose from. Perhaps they could fill website orders if you give more notice, I'm not sure. I was unsuccessful and needed to cancel my order. An extensive website variety is not what they can do.
She knows what she is doing, she can help you with everything you need, BUT DON'T BE SURPRISED if you find an unexpected cost on your final bill, and if you rent a suit from her make sure you ask her when the suit is due back because she probably wont tell you the due date and then you will owe a full weeks rent on it.
