I have tried to call this office twelve times, on four seperate days, with no answer. There is no voicemail available. This is a perfect example of the lack of service provided by government agencies. Why should someone answer the phone? IT IS NOT LIKE THERE IS ANOTHER OPTION! I will call back because I have to. No competetion = No customer service.
